The aim of this thesis is to explore to what extent and on what level "SNF Distributions" will be able to succeed in the market as a fashion retailer, as well as how it will approach its potential customers and accomplish economic stability. This paper should give an overview of the current state of the local clothing industry as well as a projected outlook on the present and future trends that could affect the business. Additionally, it should point out potential future opportunities for the company's growth such as new distribution channels, potential customer audiences, meaningful partnerships as well as further market segments to be approached.

Sebastián Funk was born on October 21st 1994 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since he moved to Berlin, he felt interest for the city's multiculturalism and diverse mode trends. This is what motivated him, in cooperation with two of his friends, to create their own company and import clothing right from the heart of South America to the German capital.
