Élie BANKALA - ein junger Wissenschaftler, ein Endprodukt der Universität Lubumbashi, Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaften, der sich dafür einsetzt, dass die Jugend seines Landes aus dem Vize der Verderbtheit, der Kriminalität und der politischen Beweihräucherung herauskommt. Er ist Initiator der Plattform ANTARA (antenne d'apports et Réflexions sur l'avenir), die auch als patriotischer Weckruf für die Jugend gilt.
