Aldar C-F. Chan is a scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR. He is a senior member of IEEE and a full member of HKCS. He obtained his PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has held various positions in academia and industry. His research interests include network security and information privacy.
