New Spiro, Isolated ( -Lactam and Thiazolidinone)derivatives

Some new spiro -Lactam and thiazolidinone derivatives were prepared from the reaction of new heterocyclic compound with different aromatic amine to give Schiff bases followed by cycloaddition reaction with chloroacetyl chloride and/or mercaptoacetic acid to give spiro -Lactam derivatives and spiro thiazolidinone. Also Isolated -Lactam and Isolated thiazolidinone were prepared by the reaction of Schiff bases with chloroacetyl chloride and/or mercaptoacetic acid, pyrazolo. Isoxazolo, pyrimidino, pyrimidin thiono Incorporating thieno pyrimidine has been synthesized by cyclocondensation addition reaction of hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, urea and thiourea
