NFS@Home is a distributed computing project hosted by the California State University, Fullerton and running on the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) software platform. It intends to do the lattice sieving step in the Number Field Sieve factorization of large integers. The numbers are mostly chosen from the Cunningham project. As of 1 February 2010 (2010 -02-01), the project has had over 2,000 participants, contributing about 14 teraFLOPS of computation power.
