Non-discrimination in human life as IUS cogens

This paper analyzes, from an ontological perspective, and from the Thomistic method of confutation, at what moment human life begins, and that the legislator, based on the plausibility of the arguments presented in it, chooses to protect and guarantee the rights of the human being without any discrimination, as is the case of age or any other that undermines human dignity."Following the Socratic precept, I do not believe it is lawful to conceal the truth or to consent to a lie" (Boethius).
