Non-exclusive forms of reparation for victims of femicides

This study covers the theoretical and conceptual analysis of femicide, from a critical perspective with a focus on awareness of this problem, as well as the analysis of integral reparation, from a complete and integral approach to this legal institution, where it will be specified what has been its trajectory and legal evolution, as well as what this right implies in criminal matters. The relationship of these two points addressed in this study is the key to understanding how to act in the face of the violation of fundamental rights in violent situations experienced by women due to their gender reality.
