Noni: The Miraculous Fruit

Noni fruit, also known as Morinda citrifolia, is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. It has a strong odor and bitter taste, but it's valued for its potential health benefits. Noni fruit is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and it has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to treat various ailments such as inflammation, pain, and infections. Traditional medicine is "the knowledge, skills and practices based on the theories, beliefs and experiences indigenous to different cultures, used in maintenance of health and in the prevention, diagnosis, improvement or treatment of physical and mental illness", Herbal medicines are now in great demand in the developing world for primary health care not because they are inexpensive but also for better cultural acceptability, better compatibility with the human body and minimal side effects.
