North East Aircraft Museum is a volunteer-run aviation museum situated on the site of the former RAF Usworth/Sunderland Airport, between Washington and Sunderland, England. The museum is open all year seven days a week and has nearly all of its exhibits under cover. The museum relocated to Sunderland Airport in 1976 from its former home at Lambton Lion Park where it had housed the Meteor F.8, Dragonfly and Jet Provost. The museum moved to its current location in 1984 following the closure of the airfield to build the Nissan Car Factory.
