Notes for an environmental history of the Bay of Santiago de Cuba.

This text is a thorough analysis of the environmental history of the Bay of Santiago de Cuba from a multidisciplinary perspective. For this purpose, it is analyzed from the year 1000 BC to 1958. The environmental impact is analyzed from socioeconomic factors, port activity, urbanization, industrialization, sewage, which highlights the impact suffered from 100 years ago until the second half of the twentieth century.
