NOTIONS ON THE BRAZILIAN FEDERAL DISCIPLINARY ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

This book aims to discuss notions of administrative disciplinary proceedings through a systemic analysis, with the demonstration of relevant aspects of the Disciplinary Administrative Law within the Federal Public Administration. Initially, the governing legislation was examined, especially Law no. 8.112/90 and Law no. 9.784/99, as well as brief considerations on disciplinary responsibility and the duty to investigate. In order to understand the administrative action in the disciplinary area, notions were woven about the administrative disciplinary process, notably its concept, the fundamental characteristics and the informing principles, with emphasis on the principle of efficiency. Therefore, the work presents introductory concepts with clarity and objectivity, for a light reading and to arouse interest in the theme, which will be deepened in future works.

Ha conseguito la laurea in Giurisprudenza presso l'Università Federale di Uberlândia (2015). Specialista in Diritto amministrativo presso l'Universidade Cândido Mendes (2018). Formazione tecnico-amministrativa presso l'Università Federale di Uberlândia (UFU) dal 2012, occupando la posizione di Assistente di Amministrazione.
