Now I can go to school?!

This paper deals with the transition from kindergarten to primary school. A theoretical and a qualitative research section examine various aspects of the topic. Issues such as the impact of transitions and views on school readiness and maturity are addressed. The two institutions, kindergarten and school, are compared in a separate chapter and their compatibility is examined. The research section focuses intensively on the opinions of the children.
