Nudibranchs of Andaman and Nicobar Islands

This book dealing with an account of 52 species of Nudibranchs under 16 families, 6 orders with key characters and distribution of each species presenting the reader with the great diversity of Sea slugs found around these islands. The book is prepared to serve as a field guide for a common man which contains colourful photograph for easy identification, so that he would be able to recognize a majority the important nudibranchs found in the sea. It is earnestly hoped that this book would furnish handy information needed by all the Sea slug lovers for collection and maintenance of these underwater beauties.

Dr. Varadharajan Madhan Chakkaravarthy, completed his studies in Loyola College & finished his Ph.D. He worked on Faunal Diversity of India and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. As a SCUBA diver he has discovered 24 new records of Corals & some molluscs from Indian Waters. He has published 27 research articles in reputed National & International journals.
