Numerical accuracies of Lagrange's and Newton polynomial interpolation

This book is very useful for the students, researchers and teachers interested in numerical methods. Numerial accuracies of several functions have been evaluated with the help of computer program developed using polynomial interpolation with the help of Newton's Divided Difference and Langrange's Formulas. Comparison between these two foumulas has also been done. We have clearly indicated that which formula is better and how much.

Author Dr. R. B. Srivastava was born in Balrampur District on Uttar Pradesh, India. He is working as Associate Prof. in the Department of Mathematics, M. L. K. P. G. College, Balrampur since 1977. Dr. Srivastava has written many books on mathematics and published several national and international research papers.
