The book is founded on investigating the performance of different aerofoil shapes at varying angles of attack by conducting numerical investigation. The performance of the aerofoil shapes has been evaluated on the basis of the criterion of lift force generation as the aerofoils are designed in such a way that they generate maximum amount of lift. Different plots such as velocity contours and coefficient of lift and coefficient of drag versus different angles of attack have also been plotted for assessing the performance of different aerofoil shapes.

Dr. Jaswinder Singh Mehta is presently working as Asst Prof at UIET, PU, Chandigarh. He has more than 22 years of teaching experience and published many papers in journals of International and National repute and conferences.
