Nursing diagnoses in workers' health

This book carries out a systematic evaluation of the epidemiological profile of groups of workers in the tele-service sector, which can help direct health actions, taking into account factors external to the work and the opinion of the workers in order to establish preventive measures. In this case, the production of knowledge on nursing diagnoses pertinent to the health of military firefighters will allow for the construction of stronger and interventionist bases, targeted and individualized, facilitating teaching and research. This book is aimed at professionals in the field of occupational health, tele-service/telemarketing and military personnel in general who have this type of role within the organizational framework of their corporation.
