Nurture and lead with leadership

A leader has an audience that recognizes itself in him. Leadership is associated with charisma, a strong ability to "on board" and convince an audience, made up of colleagues, partners or even clients. His ideas, often innovative, his way of seeing things, often breaking with usual discourse, exert a power of attraction and persuasion. Within the company, a leader personifies key values and provokes, spontaneously or almost, the support of employees, whether they belong to the same department or not, whether they are at the same hierarchical level or not. An employee capable of leadership has skills such as listening and communication skills.
