It is indeed gratifying that this book provide comprehensive and up to date account for this rapidly changed subject. I do hope that this book will continue to serve the interest of health conscious Elderly. This book is an effort to cater the basic knowledge as well as to bring people closer to nature, stimulation of the senses. It is being increasingly realized that`Dietary Management and Nutrition' plays a vital role in our life. Traditional communities living close to the nature acquired knowledge about the use of plants and animal species as food. The development of food and beverages starts from tapping the traditional/ indigenous wisdom after establishing rapport with the indigenous people. The task does not end with these in recent time. This book is the outcome of my tremendous efforts. Death is inevitable in living beings. So, nothing is more interesting to study how the ageing process (i.e. Senescence) can be defer in a Natural way. On this perspective how one can survive for a long time in the earth has thoroughly discussed in this book. It not only tells us the mystery of death of an organism but also gives an idea about the understanding of different aspect.
