Observance of Procedural Safeguards of Arrestees

Crime control model and the due process model are equally important in the administration of criminal justice system in a legal system of a country. To realize the crime control model effectively, investigation must be conducted at minimum violations of human rights and less cost. Hence, this book explores what should be observed in the pre-trial criminal justice by law enforcement organs especially police during investigation. Further, the investigating police should observe the rights of arrestees during investigation not to cause suffer for those innocents in selecting out those criminals.
