The album was recorded during 2005 for release on May 15th, 2006 and featured two singles, "(I'm a Little) Obsessed" and the download-only single "Don't Forget My Name". Some critics were rather harsh on the album, describing it as a little manufactured. Many compared the record to albums by other girl groups such as All Saints and the Spice Girls but it was also described as funky, power-pop and rocky. This, however, could be attributed to Paula's last minute inclusion in the trio.
