Odd With (16 May 1921 19 July 2006) was a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party. He was born in Kjelvik. He began his career in 1939 as a teacher in Hamarøy and later Øksnes. In 1947 he graduated from the University of Oslo with the cand.jur. degree. Having worked as a secretary for the tax inspector while studying in Oslo, he moved to Troms in 1948 to work in the county administration. In 1954 he was appointed chief administrative officer (rådmann) in Nord-Rana municipality. When Nord-Rana municipality ceased to exist in 1963, With became chief financial officer in its successor municipality Rana. He had this job to 1982.
