The 1995 OGAE Second Chance Contest was the 9th OGAE Second Chance Contest, organized by the members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE to select the best song not to make it to the Eurovision Song Contest through their national finals. This year's contest was held in Örebro in Sweden after Gladys del Pilar won the 1994 Contest with "Det vackraste jag vet". 9 songs competed in the contest with Slovenia, Israel, Denmark returning to the contest. However a number of countries were forced to withdraw: Estonia, Finland, Netherlands, and Romania were all forced to miss the contest due to being relegated from the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest; Austria, Cyprus, Hungary, Iceland and Russia was also absent from the contest due to no national finals being held in the country for this year's Eurovision.
