Online Companies

The exponential development of the progress of telecommunication and computer technology have constituted the support on which the new commercial markets have been set up, constituting the electronic commerce, which is the very basis of the online companies. The Tunisian legislator has promulgated on December 31, 2004, the law No. 2004-89 on the procedures for incorporation of online companies, followed by the creation by the API of a one-stop shop that aims to implement procedures for incorporation of online companies fast and simplified. The online companies are led to conclude acts having for object either the sale, the purchase or the recruitment, they need for that a simple and reliable tool in order to conclude contracts without moving and without needing the printout. And for the payment of these contracts, we have seen the emergence of new means of online payment, the result of a dematerialization process that aims to facilitate electronic payments, in addition to making them faster, and all, totally secure.
