This book grants substantial deliberation on information concerning to online shopping innovativeness in Malaysia accentuates on a Multiple Discriminant Analysis. Multiple Discriminant Analysis was used to examine whether significant differences exist among the groups of online shopper innovative categories in terms of the predictor variables (Subjective Norm, Attitude, and Expectation Congruency) and also to determine which predictor variable contribute much to most of the inter-group differences. The book comprise of seven remarkable chapters. The chapter has several figures and tables that explain the issues related to online shopping innovativeness and its imperative findings and discussions.
