The book is focused on the Global Health debate strategy in poorest developing countries where HIV/AIDS infected people represent 68% of the whole world cases. This evidence weakens social mechanics supports and pertubates growth sustainability target in the area. Whereas International Community composed of both foreign richer countries and developing countries' governments as well as policy makers and International Organizations opt for vaccine to eradicate the pandemic, this book discusses this non optimal choice to propose a more original and optimal health strategy leading to more understandings of the HIV/AIDS tools control in order to achieve zero new infection and zero HIV/AIDS disease since health care access barriers are levy in Africa.

Diana Loubaki is Doctor in development economics which uses growth theory methodology to understand economic phenomenon related to poor countries. She has worked on sustainability in poorest developing countries focused on health and specifically HIV/AIDS and financed by the prestigious World Bank Mc Namara fund.
