The developed algorithm and complex intensive therapy from the moment of injury, transportation, assessment of injury severity, study and correction of body dysfunction, timely respiratory resuscitation, use of minimally invasive surgical techniques, correct early prognosis assessment, timely correction of metabolic, immunological disorders of hemostasis give good results and reduce adverse outcome from 40.7% to 22.3%.

Shamsov Hizmatullo Amirkhonovich was born on February 20, 1961, in the Republic of Tajikistan. In 1985 he graduated from the pediatric faculty of Abu Ali ibni Sino Tashkent State Medical University. Since April 2014 he has been the chief physician of the State Institution "Republican Clinical Hospital" of Danghara district. He has received government awards and is an excellent health care worker of the Republic of Tatarstan.
