This monograph explores the optimization of grinding and mixing processes in silvinite mineral processing technology at the Dehqonobod Potassium Plant. The study emphasizes the importance of improving the efficiency of technological operations such as crushing, grinding, and mixing in the production of potassium fertilizers from silvinite ore. Advanced methods for determining the optimal particle size distribution and homogeneity of mixed materials are presented. The research highlights the influence of technological parameters on the quality of the end product and proposes energy-efficient and resource-saving strategies for process enhancement. Experimental data and process modeling are used to substantiate the recommended improvements. The findings of the study are aimed at supporting sustainable development of the chemical industry through modernization of existing mineral processing practices.
