The need for accounting in any organization is indisputable. Not only does it enable a company to track all its day-to-day operations in real time, but it is also a source of information, both internally and externally. However, this essential mission requires it to follow a number of standards and rules, both general and specific to the company in question. In order to facilitate the accounting processing of a generally large flow of information, the information system supports the accounting function within companies, by automating these operations through parameterized processing. On the other hand, the accounting process, like the information system, can suffer from a number of shortcomings that hamper the smooth running of the process as a whole. This is particularly true of the accounting process for OCP S.A. Staff Loans. With this in mind, this report will attempt to optimize this accounting process and improve the parameterized processing on the current information system, both of which suffer from a number of anomalies.
