Ordinary usucapion process

The present book tries to regulate the absence of the procedural subject defendant in ordinary process of usucapion and in this way to avoid that there is nullity of works in the process.As well as also violate the rights of the alleged co-heirs acquiring the property to usucapion.On the other hand the processes of ordinary usucapion is given by the passage of time, so that there is no delay or procedural delay should regulate the subject defendant, which happens to be the owner of the property to be usucapted or the alleged interested co-heirs.
