The book examines the various juristic views of Muslim thinkers on human anatomy with particular reference to organ transplant, donation and sales. This book affords Muslim Medical practitioners as well as the general Muslim readers to get familiar with the medical and Islamic juristic view on organ transplant. This will help them to obtain clarity of vision in the profession, and equally the discourse will stir the scholars to rise up to the challenges posed to us by modernization ( or rather westernization).It will serve as a means of creating Islamic legal awareness for deeper study especially in the case of organ transplant.
