Organisation and Management of the SCR Engineering Department activities

This report presents the organisation and management of the activities of the engineering department of the company SCR. Indeed, due to the absence of a technical manager for the management of its different activities, namely: electricity, renewable energies, and maintenance training, SCR encountered the following problems Lack of working tools for building and industrial electricity work; Lack of a database to assist in the marketing of electrical and solar equipment; The company did not represent any brand name in the field of electricity, solar photovoltaic and CMMS and CAPM software; No technical documentation or files were in place; In order to overcome these multiple problems, we began by creating a database on Access containing a list of electrical equipment with their prices as well as the different suppliers. Subsequently, we set up technical documentation and files in order to ensure the efficiency of our services and we had the company purchase the minimum material for the electrical work.

Ich habe meine Grundschulzeit an der öffentlichen Schule Nlongkak in Yaoundé und meine Sekundarschulzeit am heutigen Lycée Technique Charles Atangana und anschließend am Lycée Technique de Nkolbisson absolviert. Mein Studium absolvierte ich an der IUT in Douala, wo ich einen DUT GIM erwarb, und anschließend an der IUC, wo ich derzeit einen Master pro GIM mache.
