Is there congruence between the organisational values shared by management and the human resources policies practised by the organisation? The analysis model allows for an interactive view between organisational values and human resources policies. In order to keep up with the changing scenario in a globalised society, the parameter 'interaction with the community' was added, with a view to measuring values; and the sub-system 'commitment' was included as a new Human Resources process.
Autorentext
33 years' experience in human resources management, 15 of which as HR Manager in large companies. She has been teaching HRM and International HRM since 2000. She lives in France where she is an Associate Professor at the ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion) in Paris. She is also a visiting professor at the University of Bologna and the Catholic University in Rome, Italy.
