Organising Weddings

This book presents the different classifications and concepts of events, the protocols and etiquette to be followed. It demonstrates the diversity of cultures within a wedding ceremony, addressing the different religious beliefs. It also shows the regimes of communion of property in relation to civil marriage and homosexual unions. It emphasises the importance of a consultant/organiser, demonstrating the duties of the Executive Secretary professional when organising events. The aim was to point out the difficulties faced by brides and grooms and wedding planners in planning and executing the wedding ceremony, with tips and market trends. A professional event organiser needs to be qualified and attentive to every detail, a task that the Executive Secretary is able and prepared to perform.
