Organization Development Interventions In Local Authorities

All organizations forms up the vast market and therefore they need to transform. It is indeed important to note that many researches have only recommendations which have not been implemented. Though basic and applied research provides a way foward, it is important to implement whatever recommendation is given for every research done. This dissertation therefore mainly focus on action research where diagnosis is done and recommended for implementation. Implementation is done for a given period there after, a post evaluation is done to identify the transformation indicators. This study was conducted in Nakuru Municipal Council, Kenya, Africa.This study recommends that organizations in the periphery countries require to develop and transform in order to achieve their vision and mission.
