Organization of the care of the patients through a mutuality

This study on the care of the sick through a mutual society was carried out in the city of Lubumbashi, precisely in the mutual society of the teachers of primary, secondary and professional education, in abbreviation M.E.E.P.S.P. From its history, this mutual society was created to facilitate the teachers of the E.P.S.P. and their families the accessibility to the health service or health structure for their care. Finally, at the end of our research, we found that the majority of teachers and their families had this accessibility in the health structures for their care. In addition to this accessibility, they experienced enormous difficulties in receiving consideration from the health care personnel for their care. These difficulties were due to the simple reason of the belief of the medical staff that they did not pay their bills, but this was solved directly through the check between the Mutual Association and the health structures agreed upon by the mutual association.
