Organization of the company

The company, as a unit of production of goods and services, is a place where organization reigns in order to channel the efforts of the multitude of people who compose it.Indeed, to work is first to organize and as such, it is advisable to provide the company with organs capable of helping it to achieve its objectives in the best possible conditions, which includes a good organization.This book provides readers with the basic principles necessary to set up an efficient organization of the company, based on a few illustrative examples. It deals in turn with issues related to the company and its environment, to organization in general and to the organization of the company in particular.
