Organizational and informational mechanisms of interaction between NCOs and the authorities

The monograph is devoted to the study of normative-legal, organizational and informational aspects of interaction between non-profit organizations and the authorities. The comparative analysis of foreign and Russian (federal and regional) experience of communicating between the authorities and NCOs is carried out. The article considers modern socio-advertising mechanisms of self-presentation of NPOs and their demand in state-civil relations. In the context of institutional and socio-communicative approaches the author identifies the current problems affecting the development of intersectoral relations, the prospects for the formation of civil society in Russia, identifies the main trends that contribute to the expansion and intensification of available forms of interaction between the government and the "third sector". The book is intended for public and municipal officials, researchers and teachers, all those who are professionally interested in the problems of state and municipal governance.
