The vertiginous change that occurs in business organizations makes the elemental part of the internal movement of the company is neglected. This internal part is the human capital, the administrative part, which moves the entire organizational team, the management of human talent, and its impact on the organizational behavior of the institutions. In most of the institutions, they are trying to insert themselves sustainably in programs of change and innovation to know and transform what is happening in the socio-cultural environment and in their surroundings.This means changes in corporate culture and organizational behavior; and the management of human talent through the generation of habits and values in the behaviors and proactive attitudes of people are deeply affected, as well as the roles and functions assumed by them within interpersonal relationships. To change, to be the first, to have a new organizational image, it is only necessary to break paradigms through the incorporation of new patterns of study and value preparation.
