The present study aimed to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on teachers' organizational creativity in the elementary schools. If creative and brainy people in the organization, contribute the organization by thinking and creativity, will solve a variety of organizational issues more easily and quickly. Participatory thinking and creativity increase the individual's synergy. It is necessary to develop this culture of thought, to reform the organizational culture and to manage the culture of creativity and innovation in the organization
