Individual behavior of employees in the workplace attracted the attention of many researchers in the last decade and various behaviors have been studied and analyzed in these studies. Although each of these concepts has different meanings, But generally referred to in the same sense as organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship as an organizational thinking and paradigm require executives and leaders to imagine their organization as a nation and the fundamental challenge of management They consider the creation of organizational citizenship as a voluntary commitment in relation to goals, practices and, ultimately, organizational success, and as a new model of employee behavior in the organization today, as a modern approach to modern human resource management in many organizations...
