Organizational Communication & Job Satisfaction among faculty members

The present book mainly aims at integrating the individual with the organization.From the admnistrative point of view organizational behaivour seeks to improve the people.Organization relationship in such a way that effectively fulfills their needs and achieves the organizational objectives.The organization responsibility then,is to provide a behaivoural climate in which people can gain job satisfaction,which in turn would help the organization to attain its objectives.The book hopefully will cater to the needs of the students of social sciences,academicians working in the fields of management and behavioural sciences.

Dr.P.Sindhuja was born on 14th June, 1968 at chittoor district. She took her M.Sc.,Home Science,M.Phil and Ph.D., in 2008 from S.V.University, Tirupati. She has published five articles and presented 22 papers in various national and international seminars. She is a life member of Home Science association of India.
