Organizational Culture-a Potential Source of Organisational Commitment

Significant and positive correlation is established between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. It is evident that a healthier Organizational Culture is need for inculcating a higher degree of Organizational Commitment among the employees. Sense of belonging and feel of oneness on the part of employees are critical factors which determine the healthy and sustained growth of the Organisation. Such determinants will need to evolve in an enabling policy environment and institutional direction and support.
