Dr. Kaluarachchi obtained his B.Com (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka in 1998, MBA from the University of Colombo and his Ph.D. from Hosei University, Tokyo in 2011. His research areas are organizational culture and managerial behavior, organizational culture and TQM practices, and organizational leadership.
