The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between organizational culture and work performance in different organizations, and it was carried out taking into consideration the different theoretical bases to explain these study variables. The results are presented and different conclusions are drawn, among which it is highlighted that there is a high significant correlation between the organizational culture and the work performance of the personnel in the different organizations; so it should be taken into account that these two variables are closely related, that is to say the independent variable that can be the organizational culture and the work performance in different organizations as the explained variable. Taking into account some of the factors that should be strengthened, a series of recommendations have been made to improve job performance and organizational culture currently existing in organizations.
