Organizational diagnosis of a company

The purpose of the organizational diagnosis is to assess the state of an organization (strengths and weaknesses) and to establish the possibilities for improving the functioning and use of its resources in order to achieve its objectives. Organizational diagnosis is the first step in the improvement of all aspects of an organization and therefore it aims to contribute to the proper management of the complexity of organizations. Within the framework of our studies in Master1 in Management of Companies and Organizations (MMEO), we wanted to dwell on the organizational diagnosis as a single topic. Thus, during this work from August to September 2020, we worked on the organizational diagnosis of the Cabinet d'Etude et recherche Interdisciplinaire en Gestion de l'Environnement. The general objective is to evaluate the capacity of CERIGE-Sarl to adequately fulfill its missions and to ensure the control of the development of the company. Specifically, it focuses on:- Collecting information related to the administrative and patrimonial situation of the company;- Analyzing and describing the structure and operating mode of the company

Soy licenciada en Geografía, opción Planificación de la Universidad de Ciencias Sociales y Gestión de BKO y actualmente estoy terminando un programa de Master en Calidad, Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente (QHSE) del Instituto 2IE de Ouagadougou.
