Organizational Management: Case studies in varied segments

The management of organizations is a relevant, topical subject that is constantly evolving as business transformations occur rapidly and dynamically. In this sense, case studies encourage discussions about organizational management and contribute to understanding the existing business reality. This book aims to disseminate case studies focusing on organizational management. The seven chapters deal with case studies in a variety of segments: Agricultural cooperatives, quality of life centers, supermarkets, animal nutrition, solidarity economy and city halls. The aim is to disseminate the knowledge produced by students, teachers and researchers in order to broaden discussions on the proposed theme.
