REMO VIANI, Gründer des Feinkostspezialisten Viani Alimentari und Geschäftsführer der Viani Importe GmbH, entdeckte die wahren Aromen Italiens durch die hausgemachten Mahlzeiten seiner Großmutter in Pietra Ligure. Mitte der 1990er Jahre gab er seine erfolgreiche Karriere in der Werbung auf, um in die Fußstapfen seines italienischen Vaters Antonio zu treten. Er importierte regionale Delikatessen nach Deutschland und baute das Geschäft mit Läden und Food-Festivals aus.
