Other Minds: a Critique of the Logical Behaviourist Approach is an attempt to provide some fresh grounds for rejecting one of the oldest theories of other minds. Beside providing a concise introduction to some of the elementary concepts in the philosophy of minds, which makes it a good guide for students of this sub-branch of philosophy, and other interested readers, the book reviews several theories of other minds, assesses them and finds out why they are unable to to explain the miseries behind the problem of other minds. Peculiar to the book is the novel efforts to examine the logical behaviourist theory of other minds using an African language, namely, Yoruba language, which helps to reveal the absurdity inherent in the approach.

Mr. Balogun Joseph Babalola has a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Philosophy from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Nigeria. He's currently undergoing his Ph.D programme in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, where he teaches philosophy. His research interests include philosophy of mind, philosophy of social science and ethic.
