Final thesis presented to the Extension Course in Business Administration at the Santo Augusto College, as a partial requirement for completion of the course, supervised by Prof Roniele dos Santos. The aim of the study is to present some considerations on the outsourcing regime applicable to the Public Administration, seeking to identify its requirements and limits. Outsourcing is currently a subject of great interest to Administrative Law.
