Overview of Management Research with a Crosscutting Approach

This exhibition presents an axiomatic approach to research that is carried out transversally in the Seminar on the Development of Management Skills in the different topics of administration, referring to two structural axes of the science of administration: The person and the organization. . After two years in which we have lived the reality of a pandemic, the world of administration and in particular of organizations has changed in the way of managing knowledge and praxis in living a current reality, an example of this is reflected in this book, where 7 articles were built, product of the research work.
